TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject matter of the contract is the supply of liquid fuels for motor vehicles, in a cashless sales system using cashless fuel cards, for 33 units of the Lower Silesian Voivodeship, at stations belonging to the Contractor’s station network or to a fuel station operator with whom the Contractor has signed a relevant agreement, in particular: Lead-free petrol PB95 – 312,006 litres, Refined petrol – 16,895 litres, Diesel oil – 2,093,562 litres, Refined diesel oil – 65,306 litres, Liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) – 69,500 litres. 2. The Contracting Authority’s detailed description of the subject matter and the conditions for its performance were specified in the Essential Provisions of the Contract (EPC) constituting Annex No 6 to the SWZ and in the Description of the Subject Matter of the Contract (DSMP) constituting Annex No 7 to the SWZ. 3. The EPC is common for each of the Contracting Authorities specified in Section I of the SWZ; however, in the DSMP, the demand for fuel for each Contracting Authority was specified separately. 4.
