Description of the subject matter of the contract The subject matter of this contract is the detailed purchase of liquid fuels in the network of the Contractor’s filling stations within the Podkarpackie Voivodeship and throughout the entire country (excluding Tasks 9, 11, 12), through cashless transactions, using fleet cards supplied by the Contractor or against an authorization/debit voucher (applies to Task 9). The Contracting Authority envisages that the contract will be performed successively from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2029 — in accordance with the needs of the Contracting Authority.
