Establishment of a square in front of the building at 18 Kolberga Street in Sopot The subject of the contract is: Establishment of a square in front of the building at 18 Kolberga Street in Sopot. The subject of the contract includes, among other things: ✓ demolition works on existing asphalt pavements, pavements made of concrete slabs and concrete paving blocks, dismantling elements of small architecture, ✓ creating a recreational square with concrete slabs, ✓ reconstruction of communication routes (mineral and concrete paths), ✓ installation of small architecture elements (benches, waste bins – capacity 80 l, mesh fencing, a gate with a lock), ✓ greenery plantings (perennials, grasses, shrubs, trees, lawns) together with a 36-month maintenance period, ✓ trenchless renovation of the culverted channel of the Potok Kamienny stream – L=70.40 m.
