TENDER DESCRIPTION

Purchase of a power generator set with a power output of 200 kW for use at the Water Treatment Plant in Sławków. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is included in Appendix No. 4 to the SWZ. The purchase is co-financed from the funds of the Civil Protection and National Defence Programme for 2025-2026, approved by Resolution No. 72 of the Council of Ministers of 27 May 2025, under a grant agreement concluded with the Voivode of Silesia. The Contractor is required to fulfil the information obligations provided for in Article 13 or Article 14 of the GDPR towards individuals from whom the personal data has been directly or indirectly obtained for the purpose of applying for the award of a public contract in this procedure.
