Providing access to sport and recreational services for employees of the Hugon Kołłątaj University of Agriculture in Kraków, reported by them children and accompanying persons 1. The subject of the contract is to provide access to sport and recreational services for employees of the Hugon Kołłątaj University of Agriculture in Kraków, reported by them children and accompanying persons, hereinafter referred to as “users”. 2. By the contracting employee is meant a person employed by the contracting authority under an employment contract, appointment, or nomination. 3. By a child is meant a child reported by the contracting employee, aged up to 15 years. The child does not have to be related to the contracting employee.4. By an accompanying person is meant a person whom the contracting employee indicates as such. The accompanying person does not have to be related to the contracting employee. 5. The contracting authority provides for three types of passes (type A, type B, type C).
