TENDER DESCRIPTION

Providing a training room and meals as part of the international meeting of the RENEWAT and ENERCRACY project partners. Providing training rooms along with meals for two groups of participants. Group A consists of a maximum of 30 participants of the RENEWAT project. Group B consists of a maximum of 20 participants of the ENERCRACY project. The service includes dinner on 21 October 2026 and providing two training rooms along with coffee service, lunch and dinner on 22 October 2026. During the meeting, the training rooms must be available for a total of 9 hours, between 9:00 and 18:00. The Contractor should provide varied meals for meeting participants, including diets (vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free). Due to the international nature of the meetings of project partners of RENEWAT and ENERCRACY, the Contracting Authority expects that the menu should include dishes of Polish and regional cuisine characteristic of Podkarpacie, prepared using local products and referencing the traditions and culture of the region.
