TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is to provide support and updates for the Fudo Security IT solution, including the functionality for monitoring and recording remote sessions established with IT systems, and to provide other services. 2. In particular, the subject of the contract includes: a. providing Technical Support services for the System held by the Units, in accordance with the requirements specified in Section III of the OPZ, including the provision of: Update services, Knowledge Base services and System Maintenance, b. providing or granting all licenses on the terms specified in the Agreement, c. providing Technical Assistance services within a pool of up to 500 man-hours (within the scope of the option right). 3. The detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is set out in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. 4. The detailed terms and conditions for the provision of services have been included in the Draft Agreement constituting Annex No. 5 to the SWZ. 5.
