TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is to provide support and updates for the Fudo Security IT solution covering functionality for monitoring and recording remote sessions connected to IT systems and providing other services. 2. The subject of the contract includes in particular: a. provision of Technical Support services for the System owned by the Units, in accordance with the requirements specified in point III of the Terms of Reference (TOR), including provision of services: Updates, Knowledge Base, and System Maintenance, b. ensuring or granting all licenses under the terms specified in the Agreement, c. provision of Technical Assistance within a pool of up to 500 man-hours (under the option right). 3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is attached as Annex 2 to the SWZ (Specification of Essential Terms of the Contract). 4.
