TENDER DESCRIPTION

The scope of the contract includes: 1) accepting and keeping stray animals originating from the City of Rybnik in a shelter equipped with running water, sewage system, heating, electricity and ventilation, 2) providing care for stray animals originating from the City of Rybnik that are kept in the shelter, 3) providing round-the-clock care and supervision of the animals, 4) ensuring volunteer activities at the shelter in the form of cooperation with persons or a group of persons who are willing to take animals for walks, photograph the animals and describe them for the purposes of posting them on the shelter’s website, and who are willing to participate in campaigns promoting adoption and in collections of in-kind donations, 5) preparing the shelter’s regulations and posting them on its website, 7) capturing stray animals within the City of Rybnik on an ongoing basis by continuously, on a 24/7 basis, receiving reports about stray animals staying in public places without human care and control and capturing them immediately after receiving the report, but no later than within 1 hour from the report.
