TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the basic contract is the planning and implementation of the Ministry of Finance campaign through the execution of activities covered by the Price Form (cost estimate) Annex A1 to the Offer Form – Price Form (cost estimate) / Annex No. 1 to the Draft Contract Provisions and described in the Terms of Reference constituting Annex No. 2 to the Draft Contract Provisions. 1.1. under the option right: 1.1.1. the option will consist in extending the contractual obligation indicated in point 2.1 of the Terms of Reference and in § 1 of the Draft Contract Provisions (DCP). Detailed information regarding the option right is contained in § 11 of the DCP. 1.1.2. The Contracting Authority's failure to exercise the option rights does not entitle the Contractor to any claims. 2.
