TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject matter of the basic contract is planning and implementing a campaign of the Ministry of Finance by carrying out the Actions covered by the Price Form (cost estimate) Annex A1 to the Tender Form – Price Form (cost estimate) /Annex No 1 to the Draft Contract Provisions and described in the SOP (Description of the Subject Matter of the Contract) constituting Annex No 2 to the Draft Contract Provisions. 1.1. within the option right: 1.1.1. the option will consist in extending the contractual obligation indicated in point 2.1 of the SWZ and in § 1 of the Draft Contract Provisions (DCP). Detailed information on the option right is contained in § 11 of the DCP. 1.1.2. The Contracting Authority’s failure to use its rights under the option right does not give rise to any claims on the part of the Contractor. 2.
