TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the performance of construction works in the “design and build” formula for an investment entitled “Construction of the Centre for Folklore and Folk Culture of the Łódzkie Voivodeship in Łowicz together with accompanying infrastructure”. The scope of the contract includes in particular: 1) preparation of complete multi-industry design documentation, including documentation necessary to obtain the required opinions, arrangements, decisions, permits and authorisations; 2) preparation of the interior design, development of the landscaping design, planting schemes together with visualisations; 3) preparation of the Technical Specifications for the Execution and Acceptance of Works; 4) obtaining, on behalf of or for the benefit of the Contracting Authority, the required administrative decisions, arrangements, opinions, permits and authorisations necessary for designing, executing, accepting and using the facility; 5) author’s supervision during the execution of the investment, until the end of the period of liability for defects and the warranty for the subject of the contract that has been carried out; 6) execution of construction, installation,…
