design and construction of the Krotoszyn, Zduny and Cieszków bypass road along the existing national road no. 15. The bypass road is located in the territory of the Greater Poland Voivodeship and the Lower Silesian Voivodeship in the Krotoszyn and Milicz counties, the Krotoszyn, Zduny and Cieszków communes. All necessary design works must be carried out, and on behalf of and for the benefit of the Contracting Authority the necessary opinions and technical conditions must be obtained, as well as all arrangements, permits, authorisations, decisions and consents required for the performance of the Contract in accordance with the Contracting Authority’s Requirements and the Contract Conditions; to carry out construction works and to obtain on behalf of and for the benefit of the Contracting Authority decisions on the permit for use for the entire scope of the investment.
