design and construction of the Krotoszyn, Zduny and Cieszków bypass along the existing national road no. 15. The bypass is located in the territory of the Greater Poland Voivodeship and the Lower Silesian Voivodeship in Krotoszyn County and Milicz County, in the municipalities of Krotoszyn, Zduny and Cieszków. All necessary design documents must be prepared, and on behalf of and for the benefit of the Contracting Authority the necessary opinions and technical conditions, all arrangements, permits, authorisations, decisions and consents required to carry out the Contract in accordance with the Contracting Authority’s Requirements and the Contract Conditions must be obtained; construction works must be carried out and, on behalf of and for the benefit of the Contracting Authority, the decision on a permit for use for the entire scope of the investment must be obtained.
