TENDER DESCRIPTION

1) The subject of the contract is the design and construction of small lowland retention facilities (structures that raise and stabilize water levels) in three locations within the Nowogard Forest District, under the "design and build" formula pursuant to Article 103(4) of the Act of 11 September 2019 - Public Procurement Law (consolidated text Journal of Laws 2024, item 1320, as amended). The scope of the contract includes: (1). Construction of facility no. 1 with stone and wood structure "Trzechel" — cadastral plot no. 174, precinct 0014 Trzechel, Nowogard municipality, Goleniów county (2). Construction of facility no. 2 with stone and wood structure "Biebrówek" — cadastral plot no. 197, precinct 0023 Biebrówek, Przybiernów municipality, Goleniów county (3).
