Design and installation of air-conditioning systems for office premises in the Municipal Office building in Wyrzysk at Bydgoska 29, 89-300 Wyrzysk The subject matter of the contract is to carry out, using the “design and build” formula, the task entitled “Design and installation of air-conditioning systems for office premises in the Municipal Office building in Wyrzysk at Bydgoska 29, 89-300 Wyrzysk”, as part of the investment project entitled “Renovation of the Municipal Office building in Wyrzysk”. The scope of the contract includes in particular: 1) preparation of complete design documentation on the basis of the Functional and Utility Programme (PFU), applicable regulations, the principles of technical knowledge, and the requirements of the Contracting Authority; 2) obtaining—on behalf of the Contracting Authority, if required—the necessary opinions, arrangements/approvals, consents, permits, notifications, or administrative decisions; 3) agreeing with the Contracting Authority on design solutions and submitting the design documentation for approval before commencing the works covered by that documentation.
