TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the design and construction of power supply installations and end points of these installations at passenger stops and railway stations. The Contracting Authority reserves the right that within the scope of the basic order it allows the possibility of changing the scope of the basic contract by reducing the number of passenger stops and/or railway stations covered by the development of design documentation and construction works. The reduction of the scope referred to above may concern a maximum of 20% of the facilities from the list constituting Annex No. 2 to the PFU. The limitation of the contract scope may occur if the PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe S.A. Railway Lines Department and the PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe S.A. Investment Implementation Center make decisions affecting the feasibility of investment in individual objects, and these circumstances are independent of the Contracting Authority.
