TENDER DESCRIPTION

4.1. The subject of the contract is the implementation of an investment project titled “Construction of a gas-fired CHP plant based on gas engine modules for combined generation of electrical energy and heat at PEC Legionowo” under the “design and build” formula. 4.2. The CHP plant will consist of 4 identical gas cogeneration generating units, each with an electrical capacity of at least 2 MWe and a thermal capacity of at least 1.9 MWt. Total electrical capacity – approx. 8 MWe, total thermal capacity approx. 7.6 MWt. The investment must be carried out on the premises of the existing Municipal Heating Plant of the Thermal Energy Enterprises (Ciepłownia Miejskie Przedsiębiorstwo Energetyki Cieplnej) in Legionowo, located at ul. Olszankowa 36 in Legionowo. The task will be performed under the “design and build” formula. It is planned to locate part of the equipment in the building and the remaining equipment outdoors on the building roof, in accordance with the assumptions of this PFU.
