TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the Contract is the performance of the following elements: preparation of executive designs and execution of construction works on railway lines No.: 140 on the section from km 19.640 to km 23.425; 169 on the section from km 0.572 to km 17.484 The entire subject matter of the Contract includes the performance of the following elements: 1) design documentation necessary for the proper execution of all construction works and obtaining for it all the required opinions, arrangements, approvals, conditions, decisions and permits necessary for the implementation of the subject matter of the contract; 2) all construction works in accordance with the scope of the contract on the basis of the executive design prepared by the Contractor and approved by the Contracting Authority, referred to in the above item 1, and all preparatory works necessary for the performance of the scope of the Agreement and any actions required by Law; 3) carrying out the conformity assessment of each structural subsystem covered by the scope of the contract at each stage (design, construction and final subsystem tests) and providing the relevant EC verification declarations and EC verification…
