TENDER DESCRIPTION

Construction of a new technical facilities back-up area in Gliwice at ul. Bojkowska 39 under the "design and build" system. 1. The subject matter of the contract is the preparation of design documentation comprising: • detailed multi-discipline design concept; • demolition design and obtaining a decision authorising the demolition of construction structures; • construction design (understood as: site/land development design, architectural and construction design, technical design) and obtaining a decision on a building permit; • executive design; • bill of quantities and investor cost estimates; • technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of works; • as-built documentation; • operational documentation for the construction structure and equipment; • sidetrack work regulations agreed with PKP PLK S.A.; • fire scenario—agreed with the competent local unit of the State Fire Service; Execution of the basic construction works, including: • preparatory works; • demolition works; • protective works; • ancillary works (necessary for the execution of the basic works); • cleaning/housekeeping works during the execution of the basic works as well as after their…
