1. The subject of the contract is the design and execution of construction works related to the construction of a complete module for preparing biodegradable waste for the co-fermentation process in the WKF at the WOŚ, including: 1.1. The scope of design works includes, in particular: 1) preparation of a preliminary design, 2) preparation of the construction design together with obtaining all required administrative decisions, arrangements and opinions, including the final decision on the building permit, 3) preparation of the technical design, 4) preparation of the execution designs, 5) preparation of the commissioning/startup design, 6) preparation of the settlement cost estimate. 1.2.
