TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the design and execution of construction works related to the investment entitled “Expansion of the waterway section at the approach to the seaport in Świnoujście” (hereinafter also referred to as the “Investment”). A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is provided in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. Each Contractor is required to submit, before the deadline for submitting tenders, a bid bond in the amount of 5.000.000,00 PLN (in words: five million PLN 00/100). Proof of payment of the bid bond must be submitted together with the tender; The Contracting Authority requires the Contractor to provide security for the proper performance of the contract in the amount of 5% of the total gross tender price. The security must be provided in full, regardless of the form in which it is provided, at the latest on the day the contract is concluded, but before it is signed.
