TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The implementation of the task entitled: “Fitting out the ERTMS/ETCS Level 2 system on railway lines No 133 and 134, section Sosnowiec Jęzor – Kraków Główny” will be carried out under the “design and build” system, on the basis of the Contract Conditions. The scope of the subject matter of the contract includes performance of: 1) initial documentation, which includes: Design concept (line equipment concept); Rules for preparing design data; Operational Scenarios; Rules for Conducting Railway Traffic (Updating the Instruction on conducting train movement using the ERTMS/ETCS Level 2 system Ir-1b); Test Cases; 2) design documentation necessary for the proper performance of all construction works and obtaining for it all required opinions, arrangements, approvals, conditions, decisions and permits necessary for implementing the subject matter of the contract; 3) technical-operational documentation for the devices installed as part of the implementation of the subject task, developed in accordance with the requirements contained in the Ordering Party’s instruction Ie-100a “Conditions for safe installation and operation of railway traffic control devices managed by PKP Polskie…
