TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The implementation of the task entitled “Installation of ERTMS/ETCS Level 2 system on railway lines no. 133 and 91, section Kraków Główny - Podłęże” will be carried out in the “design and build” system in accordance with the Contract Conditions. The scope of the subject matter of the contract includes performing: 1) preliminary documentation, which includes: Design concept (line equipment concept); Rules for preparing design data; Operational Scenarios; Rules for Railway Traffic Management (Update of the Instructions on conducting train traffic using the ERTMS/ETCS Level 2 system Ir-1b); Test Cases; 2) design documentation necessary to properly perform all construction works and obtain all opinions, arrangements, approvals, conditions, decisions and permits required for the implementation of the subject matter of the contract; 3) technical-operational documentation for the equipment installed under the implementation of this task, prepared in accordance with the requirements contained in the Ordering Party’s instruction Ie-100a “Conditions for the safe installation and operation of railway traffic control equipment managed by PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe S.A.”; 4) as-built…
