TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The task entitled “Fitting of the ERTMS/ETCS Level 2 system on railway lines No. 133 and 91, section Kraków Główny - Podłęże” shall be carried out under the “design and build” system, based on the Contract Conditions. The scope of the subject matter of the contract includes performing: 1) preliminary documentation, which includes: Design concept (line equipment concept); Rules for preparing design data; Operational Scenarios; Rules for Conducting Railway Traffic (Update of the Instruction on conducting train traffic using the ERTMS/ETCS Level 2 Ir-1b system); Test Cases; 2) design documentation necessary for the proper performance of all construction works and obtaining for it all opinions, arrangements, approvals, conditions, decisions and permits required to carry out the subject matter of the contract; 3) technical and operational documentation of the devices installed as part of the implementation of the present task, prepared in accordance with the requirements contained in the Contracting Authority’s instruction Ie-100a “Conditions for safe installation and operation of railway traffic control devices managed by PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe S.A.”; 4) as-built documentation…
