TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject matter of the contract is the design and implementation of the task: “Expansion of access control, the CCTV surveillance system and electronic key storage at the Academic Sports Center” in accordance with the requirements set out in the SWZ. 2. The subject matter of the contract is described by: 1) Functional and utility programme (PFU) – Appendix No 2 to the SWZ; 2) Draft contractual provisions – Appendix No 11 to the SWZ. 3. The subject matter of the contract must meet technical, functional and utility requirements that are the same as or higher than those described in Appendix No 2 to the SWZ. The Contractor may not offer items with worse technical, quality, functional and utility parameters in relation to the requirements specified by the Contracting Authority in the PFU. 4. Pursuant to Article 95(2) of the Public Procurement Law (Pzp), the Contracting Authority requires that the Contractor or subcontractor employ, on the basis of an employment relationship, persons performing physical work, ancillary work, and equipment operators.
