TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject matter of the contract is the design and execution of construction works for the investment project entitled “Construction of a new boathouse at Marina Gdynia”, involving the construction of a new boathouse for the yacht marina Marina Gdynia together with the facilities of sailing clubs, on municipal land designated as plots with registration numbers 3024, 3025 and 3026, cadastral district 0026 Śródmieście. 2. The subject matter of the contract consists of two Stages: 1) Stage I – preparation of complete design-and-cost documentation and obtaining the final decision on a building permit/certificates(s) confirming that there are no grounds to raise an objection to the notification of intent to carry out construction works. 2) Stage II – execution of construction works within the scope resulting from the design-and-cost documentation prepared under Stage I, referred to in item 1, together with all other accompanying works, and performing multi-discipline author’s supervision over the construction works carried out on the basis of the design-and-cost documentation prepared under Stage I, referred to in item 1, as well as obtaining by the Contractor the decision on the…
