TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the design, construction, commissioning and handover for operation of the Municipal Waste Thermal Treatment Plant with high-efficiency energy recovery (ITPO) in Wysokie Mazowieckie, whose scope and purpose have been described in detail in Appendix No 1 to the SWZ – Description of the subject matter of the contract – Functional and Utility Programme. The contract will be performed in a “turnkey” formula (design and build). The scope of the contract includes in particular performance of: 1) Design, construction, technological and installation documentation along with obtaining decisions and arrangements enabling comprehensive execution of construction works, 2) Delivery of the necessary equipment and materials, 3) Preparatory works, 4) Construction works covering buildings, structures, access roads, manoeuvring yards, fire roads and connections to external facilities, as well as networks and technological installations, sanitary installations, power supply, power/electrical power systems, instrumentation, control and automation (AKPiA), CCTV installations, and also fire protection (p.poż) installations, 5) Necessary dismantling, demolition and removal…
