TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the design, construction, commissioning and handover for operation of the Thermal Waste Treatment Plant of municipal origin with high-efficiency energy recovery (ITPO) in Wysokie Mazowieckie, whose scope and purpose are detailed in Annex No. 1 to the Terms of Reference – Description of the subject of the contract – Functional and Utility Program. The contract will be implemented on a "turnkey" basis (design and build). The subject of the contract includes in particular the execution of: 1) Design documentation, construction, technological, installation documentation along with obtaining decisions and agreements allowing for comprehensive execution of construction works, 2) Supply of necessary equipment and materials, 3) Preparatory works, 4) Construction works concerning buildings, structures, access roads, maneuvering yards, fire roads and connections to external facilities, as well as technological, sanitary, power supply, electrical, automation and control systems (AKPiA), CCTV installations, and fire protection installations, 5) Necessary dismantlings, demolitions and removal of occurring conflicts, 6) Installation of devices, technological…
