TENDER DESCRIPTION

Part 1: Designing, executing and implementing the Open Data Portal, which will ensure: 1.1 universal access – by building a dedicated portal that will guarantee identified target groups (residents, investors, researchers) transparent and unrestricted access to digital data held by the City Office in Bielsko-Biała and other municipal units; 1.2 reuse of data – by making public sector information available in open, structured and machine-readable formats, which will enable its further use, analysis and processing in new products or services; 1.3 visualisation and automation – by equipping the portal with tools enabling the graphical presentation of collected information (charts, maps) and mechanisms for the automatic refreshing of data when changes occur in selected source registers; 1.4 integration and scalability – by ensuring continuous exchange of information with the government portal (https://dane.gov.pl) and by creating an architecture enabling the independent addition of further data sources in the future. 1.5 publication of data – by making available, already as part of the portal’s implementation, inter alia spatial data (GIS), the register of places of remembrance, the…
