TENDER DESCRIPTION
This tender seeks a comprehensive service for the design, implementation, and deployment of an Integrated Resident Card system, titled “Digital transformation and expansion of e-services in Bielsko-Biała.” The scope encompasses analytical work, graphic and UX/UI design for the system and Resident Card, and the development of an information portal, user panel, partner panel, UMBB administrative panel, mobile application (Android and iOS), and verification application.
