TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is construction works involving the design and execution of modernization works in premises managed by Bytomskie Mieszkania. The subject of the contract has been divided into (3) three parts: 1.1. Part 1 – Execution of modernization works in premises managed by Bytomskie Mieszkania – Opolska Street 8/2, option: Malczewskiego Street 6/41.1.1. The scope of construction and installation works is varied and includes general construction works, plastering and painting works, carpentry works, flooring works, electrical works, plumbing and water-sewerage installation works.1.1.2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract, the conditions for performance and acceptance of the works are set out in Appendix No 1.1.a to the SWZ – Specification of Performance and Acceptance of Works.1.1.3. The Contracting Authority attaches bills of quantities (Appendix No 1.1 to the SWZ) as non-binding material.
