TENDER DESCRIPTION
This tender invites proposals for the comprehensive design, execution, implementation, and licensing of the SOZP 2.0 application for public procurement in the City of Kraków Municipal Commune. The scope encompasses a detailed pre-implementation analysis, system development, installation, configuration, extensive integration with existing UMK systems (including BIP MK, CSS, Atmosfera, EZD PUW, and E-zamówienia) utilizing Web Services, REST, SOAP, and KERBEROS technologies, along with the provision of user training and transfer of source codes.
