TENDER DESCRIPTION

Framework amount for the years 2027 and 2028: net HUF 12,829,583,760, of which the Contracting Authority undertakes a call-off obligation for 70%. The expected—planned—quantity to be procured from the framework amount is 789.5 million pcs per year, with a +20% deviation/adjustment option; the assortment and their expected quantities are contained in the technical description. (Both the total quantities and the quantities by assortment are indicative: based on experience data, they were determined in order to compare the tenders to be submitted in the tendering stage, from which the Contracting Authority may deviate during performance.) The task of the party applying for participation also includes the design of the security seal, carried out on the basis of the requirements laid down in the relevant laws and regulations and taking into account the additional minimum requirements specified in the technical appendix.
