TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the procurement is the supply of closed system drug transfer devices (Closed System Transfer Device – CSTD) for preparing and administering cytostatic and cytotoxic admixtures for infusion. The devices are intended to ensure the transfer of pharmaceutical preparations in a closed system during the safe handling of cytotoxic and cytostatic active substances, and to minimize the release of hazardous medicinal active ingredients into the environment and the exposure of healthcare personnel. All cytostatic preparations prepared using the closed system, including infusion bags/vials, as well as medicine-prepared, ready-to-use syringe + adapter units, i.e. boluses as well, are suitable for transport in the tube/post system used by the Contracting Authority without removing the various components of the closed system: their size must allow safe placement and transport in a transport capsule with a useful dispatch size of 115 x 330 mm. The components of the system must be compatible with each other and during system-level operation they ensure automatic pressure equalization.
