TENDER DESCRIPTION

Purchase of closed-system infusion preparation devices for the National Oncological Institute in order to prepare admixture infusions for 12 months, which may be extended by a further 6 months if the total quantity is not called off within 12 months. Quantity: Syringe adaptor with luer lock connection, for drawing up solvent and for administration in a bolus form, total quantity 1000 pcs Adapter for infusion vial/bag, which enables the delivery of the medicinal product into a standard-sized infusion vial or bag through the syringe unit, and to which an infusion set can be connected, through which it becomes possible to deliver the infusion solution to the patient completely and in a closed system. There must be documentation for microbiological stability testing; in addition, an FDA 510 approval and an ONB product code must be available. The device material must be compatible with all medicinal products used for preparing cytostatic infusions. Distribution of quantities as required according to the institution’s needs. Sterile.
