TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The purpose of this contract is to manage and supervise the execution of the Investment Task entitled: “Installation of the ERTMS/ETCS Level 2 system on railway lines No. 133 and 134, section Sosnowiec Jęzor – Kraków Główny, and railway line No. 91, section Kraków Główny – Podłęże”, in particular: a) Performing the function of Engineer in accordance with the Agreement and the construction Contracts, including the Option Right to the extent that the Contracting Authority makes use of it; b) Financial and administrative management, in particular comprehensive handling of construction Contracts in terms of their settlement, monitoring and financial reporting; c) Technical management, including performing the duties of the Investor Supervision Inspector for the construction Contracts under the Construction Law Act; d) Management, including coordination of all construction Contracts concluded within the scope of the Investment Task with the Option Right to the extent that the Contracting Authority makes use of it; e) Environmental supervision (in the scope of monitoring the impact of the construction process, including on surface and underground waters, noise, air, land…
