TENDER DESCRIPTION

Brief description of the subject matter of the contract: The subject matter of the contract is to supply Sanitary and Emergency vehicles, which: - are to be new, unused, - are to be in accordance with the technical specification/description of the subject matter of the contract and the graphic design, - are to meet all requirements laid down by the relevant legal regulations and applicable technical standards, - are to have the required permits and tests and to meet any other preconditions laid down by the relevant legal regulations and binding technical standards necessary for registering the Vehicle with the competent traffic inspectorate and for operating the Vehicle for road traffic. - are to be free from technical and legal defects. The delivery also includes related services: - transport of the Vehicles to the Buyer’s registered office, unless otherwise agreed, - registration of the Vehicle registration plates (EČV) and payment of all related fees associated with registering the Vehicles with the competent traffic inspectorate in favour of the Buyer, - training of the Buyer’s employees in operation of the Vehicle directly at the Buyer’s workplace, by specialists speaking…
