TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the public contract is the supply of 700 sets of single-layer intervention suits for the Fire and Rescue Service of the South Bohemian Region (HZS Jihočeského kraje), including related services, in accordance with the technical specification set out in Annex No 1 to these tender documents during the years 2027–2028. The first part of the performance, covering 600 sets, will be delivered once, no later than 30.4.2027. The remaining 100 sets will be ordered by the contracting authority gradually according to its current needs during the term of the contract, through individual sub-orders. The minimum quantity within a single sub-order is 20 sets. The supplier is required to deliver the ordered quantity no later than within 90 days of receipt of the relevant order. The last sub-order will be delivered to the supplier in such a way that its delivery can be completed no later than 10.12.2028.
