TENDER DESCRIPTION

Volume-based collection of mixed municipal waste in large-scale apartment development by implementing the use of innovative technology (drum discharge mechanism). The subject of the contract applies to the introduction of volume-based collection also for residents of the town living in individual housing development. In this part of the town, during the preparatory phase, all collection containers were labelled with a chip. The subject of the contract is the purchase of software and movable items. The solution includes: - a drum discharge mechanism with a maximum limit on the volume of waste delivered (filled bag) of 40 litres, - equipping the discharge drums with an electronic lock that enables targeted delivery of waste to authorised persons (residents/fees payers) using a chip, - software for recording the quantity of waste / fees payer, - a mobile and/or computer application for residents of the town with data on the collected type and quantity of waste, and an overview of completed collections, - promotional and educational materials for introducing volume-based collection for residents in large-scale apartment development and individual housing development—planned before,…
