TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is to provide a comprehensive service for the project "Implementation of weighted quantity collection of mixed municipal waste (ZKO) in Žiar nad Hronom", mainly consisting of the design, delivery, implementation, configuration, integration, commissioning, and operational support of an information technology system enabling: • regulated and authorized access to lockable shelters/stands for collection containers, • user identification and logging of accesses/events (audit log), • automated weighing of mixed municipal waste (ZKO) at each entry/deposit of waste, • assignment of the measured weight to a specific user identifier, • collection, local storage, and transfer of data to a server repository, • data processing, reporting, and exports for billing/fees purposes, • integration and communication with existing public contracting authority systems or waste management systems (e.g. via API), • operational functions (offline mode, backup power supply, diagnostics/monitoring, remote updates).
