During the execution of the works, it was established that the design documentation does not correspond to the condition on site, and subsequently updated (novelated) design documentation was prepared. All necessary works to be carried out as part of the completion of the complete renovation of the subject building are covered by the updated design documentation prepared by PLAN PLUS d.o.o., Bitorajska ulica 12, Zagreb. Also, a difference cost estimate (differential bill of quantities) was prepared for the completion of the subject works. The list of works that were carried out and that need to be carried out at the OŠ IGK so that the building has its full functional capability.
