TENDER DESCRIPTION
Framework agreement with a term from 01.10.2027 - 30.09.2031 with an extension option for 1 year pursuant to Section 15(4) of UVgO, or Section 21(6) of VgV in conjunction with Section 65(2) of VgV. 1 call-off is planned per year. In addition, the contracting authority, in coordination with the contractor, has the option to call off up to 1 further measure beyond the maximum contract term.
