TENDER DESCRIPTION

Preparation for and acquisition of the vocational training qualification "Electrician/in for Devices and Systems" is intended (pursuant to the Ordinance on vocational training in industrial electrical occupations of 24.07.2007 (Federal Law Gazette (BGBl.) I p. 1678) as amended by the version of 26.06.2018 (Federal Gazette (BGBI.) I p. 896)). In two groups of up to 20 female and male service personnel each, the contractor (AN) shall prepare the group on a full-time basis for the final examination before the examination board of the Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK) in Rostock. The scope of services also includes preparations for possible repeat examinations by the contractor. This applies to all measures commenced, even beyond the end of the contract. Framework agreement with a term from 01.04.2027 to 31.03.2029 with an option to extend by 1 year in accordance with Section 15(4) UVgO, or Section 21(6) VgV in conjunction with Section 65(2) VgV. Up to 2 call-offs are planned per year. In addition, the contracting authority, in coordination with the contractor, has the possibility to place up to 1 further measure beyond the maximum contract term.
