TENDER DESCRIPTION
Framework agreement with a term from 01.10.2027 to 30.09.2031 with the option to extend by 1 year pursuant to Section 15(4) UVgO, or Section 21(6) VGV in conjunction with Section 65(2) VgV. One call-off per year is planned. The measure has a duration of 21 months. In addition, the contracting authority, after coordination with the contractor, has the option to call off up to 1 further measure beyond the maximum contract term. Only one lot/position—lot splitting is not possible.
