TENDER DESCRIPTION
Framework agreement with a term from 01.10.2027 to 30.09.2031 with the option to extend for 1 year in accordance with § 15(4) UVgO, or § 21(6) VGV in conjunction with § 65(2) VgV. An order per year is planned. The measure has a duration of 21 months. In addition, the contracting authority, in coordination with the contractor, has the option to place an order for up to 1 further measure beyond the maximum contract term. Only one lot/position - division into lots not possible.
