TENDER DESCRIPTION

I. The Contractor shall attach to the tender: 1. The tender form (offer), duly completed and signed by persons authorised to represent the Contractor (Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ). The tender form (offer) is submitted, subject to nullity, in electronic form, i.e. in electronic form bearing (signed with) a qualified electronic signature. 2. The evidence measures relating to the subject matter (Appendices No. 1.1 – 1.2 to the SWZ), referred to in Section VII of the SWZ. 3. The Contractor shall attach to the tender a statement (ESPD/JEDZ) regarding not being subject to exclusion and meeting the conditions for participation in the procedure, to the extent indicated by the Contracting Authority. The Contractor submits this statement on the ESPD/JEDZ form. The ESPD/JEDZ constitutes evidence confirming the absence of grounds for exclusion and the fulfilment of the conditions for participation in the procedure, as at the date of submission of the tenders, and also constitutes temporary evidence replacing the evidence measures required by the Contracting Authority, indicated below in Section II of this Section of the SWZ. 3.1.
