part 1 of the procedure – set No 1 – includes the supply of a wardrobe, an office cabinet, a desk mobile pedestal and a desk; the minimum requirements are specified in Annex No 6 to the SWZ; the maximum quantity is 100 sets. The rules for awarding executive contracts are set out in §2 of the Draft provisions of the framework agreement. The Contracting Authority provides for the following procedure for concluding an executive agreement and awarding a public contract: 1) In the case of concluding a framework agreement with several Contractors, the contract will be awarded by inviting to submit tenders all Contractors with whom the Contracting Authority has concluded a framework agreement, under the rules specified in Article 314(1)(3) of the Public Procurement Law Act. The Contracting Authority will award the contract and conclude an executive contract with the Contractor that obtains the highest number of points, taking into account the tender evaluation criterion – price 100 %.
