TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract includes: 1) collection and transport as well as management in municipal facilities of waste from owners of residential properties in the Dobrcz Municipality area, where municipal waste is generated with the frequency specified in the Regulations on maintaining cleanliness and order in the Dobrcz Municipality area, 2) supply of containers for non-segregated waste (mixed, which also includes ashes from domestic fireplaces) and segregated waste to property owners and equipping properties with bags for selectively collected waste (metals and plastics as well as paper, glass) according to individual fractions for property owners in the Dobrcz Municipality area. The leasing of containers will cover the entire period of contract execution, 3) keeping reporting in accordance with applicable regulations, 4) management of waste while maintaining recovery or disposal rates of collected municipal waste, in accordance with the Waste Act and the UCPG Act for the collected municipal waste from owners of properties in the Dobrcz Municipality area, 5) transfer according to art. 9ea of the UCPG Act and management of selectively collected municipal waste received from…
