TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject matter of the contract includes: 1) collection and transport, and management at municipal installations of waste from owners of residential properties located within the area of Gmina Dobrcz, where municipal waste is generated, with a frequency specified in the Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order within the area of Gmina Dobrcz, 2) providing property owners with bins for unsegregated waste (mixed waste, which also includes ash from home furnaces) and with separate collection, and equipping the properties with bags for separately collected waste (metals and plastics as well as paper, glass) by individual fractions for property owners located within the area of Gmina Dobrcz. The lease of the bins will cover the entire period of contract performance, 3) preparing reports in accordance with applicable regulations, 4) management of waste while maintaining recovery or disposal indicators for collected municipal waste, in accordance with the Waste Act and the ucpg Act with regard to municipal waste collected from property owners located within the area of Gmina Dobrcz, 5) transfer in accordance with Article 9ea of the ucpg Act and management of separately…
